Our special muffin recipe includes sorghum, corn, millet, brown rice,
buckwheat, quinoa, teff, amaranth and wild rice. We also add psyllium
husk to make just the right texture while boosting the soluble fiber
content. Unlike most gluten free baked goods, there are no added
starches with empty calories.
